What is the basic essence of the psychiatric’s help, in frequently we do not understand whom to contact – a psychotherapist or psychiatrist?<\/h2>

The psychiatrist, as the name of the specialty suggests, deals with the field of mental health and human well-being. Contrary to popular belief, the psychiatrist’s area of \u200b\u200bcompetence includes not only severe mental illnesses (for example, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder), but also such common problems as insomnia and anxiety. The main difference between a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist is that the psychiatrist, if necessary, can recommend taking specific medications in order to normalize the condition and improve the quality of life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How to turn yourself to the fear of going to a psychiatrist?<\/h2>

Unfortunately, society has developed a certain attitude towards psychiatrists and, believe me, every psychiatrist knows about this. Contrary to popular belief, the psychiatrist, to put it mildly, is not interested in making any kind of crippling diagnoses or sending them for compulsory treatment. At least because the presumption of mental health is enshrined at the legislative level and only a court can order compulsory treatment.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
